The guardians of food, two days of Tuscan agrobiodiversity

  • Mercato del Carmine Piazza del Carmine Lucca, Toscana, 55100 Italy (map)

Agricultural biodiversity is at risk for reasons of profit, which is why a myriad of varieties, smaller or less productive, have been abandoned.
Well we want to limit ourselves to a simple market exhibition of excellent products, but in these two days at the Carmine market we will see alternating workshops for adults and children with meetings and debates on a wide spectrum of issues deriving from the themes of agrobiodiversity, as well as to information points on food communities.

Entrance to the day, as well as participation in talks and workshops, is free, without the need for reservations.

The entire program can be consulted on www.4223.it.
