On Friday (15 March), starting in the morning, the street art route will connect the historic villages of Garfagnana, from Fosciandora to Gallicano. At 10am inauguration of 3 murals of the municipality of Fosciandora (in order): Lupinaia (“The civilization of the chestnut”, Bastardilla), Ceserana (“Saints on the wall, hands on the ass”, Zed1), Riana (“The wine festival” , Hitnes).

At 11am inauguration of murals in the municipality of Villa Collemandina, Palazzo Comunale (“Homage to the Garfagnana”, Academy of Fine Arts of Florence). At 11.45am inauguration of murals in Castiglione di Garfagnana, nursery school (“The animals of the forest”, Hitnes). At 12.30 inauguration of murals in Pieve Fosciana, primary school (“The first tricolor of Tuscany”, Zed1). The press conference and presentation of the project as a whole will be held here. The first flag flown in Tuscany in 1831 will be exceptionally displayed. At 2.30 pm, opening of the Storytelling exhibition in Barga, municipal gallery (collective street art exhibition involving the artists who painted the murals). Finally, at 3.30 pm, inauguration of murals in Gallicano, Sala Guazzelli (“Guido, I would like you and Lapo and me” – Ericailcane). MORE INFO
