Tanghetto is a tango and electrotango group originally from Argentina, founded in 2003, and today it is considered one of the most important orchestras in Buenos Aires. Their mesmerizing and innovative music has resonated in some of the world's most iconic venues, including Lincoln Center in New York, the O2 Arena in London and Cck's Ballena Azul in Buenos Aires, to name a few. These emblematic locations provided the perfect backdrop for Tanghetto's incredible fusion of musical styles. Tanghetto has performed on the stages of all the main Tango Festivals in the world, including El Mundial de Tango de Buenos Aires, El Festival de Tango de Buenos Aires, El Festival de Tango de Medellin, the Tarbes Tango Festival, the Festival del Oster tango, and many others. the band began playing in the milongas of Buenos Aires, quickly becoming an international point of reference for the electrotango genre, performing in legendary venues such as La Viruta and Salon Canning. in the last year, the band received a nomination for best tango orchestra at the Premio Gardel, the most prestigious recording award in Argentina, and a nomination at the Latin Grammys.
