At Villa Orlando di Torre del Lago the main focus will be of high-quality tailoring workshops and fashion houses.

“Dressing the summer: High Fashion and Quality Craftsmanship at Villa Orlando”, an event that will take place in the stunning scenery of Villa Orlando at Torre del Lago, Saturday August 3rd.

Artisan workshops of tailoring and fashion houses from different provinces of Tuscany are the stars.

The event is curated by Maria Assunta Casaroli from the cultural association Ville Borbone e Dimore Historiche della Versilia and Sabrina Mattei (Federmoda Lucca), in collaboration with Tiziana Trillo (Federmodela Florence).

The program plans for August 3, at 10.30 am, the opening of the exhibition in front of the suggestive scuderie of the Villa, where you will be able to admire the clothes, accessories and perfumes of the participating designers.

At 18.30 will start the fashion show.

The show will be presented by journalist Francesca Navari, expert on fashion, art and events.

Presenting the dresses and accessories of the “Summer Dressing” will be: Mode Liana, laboratory and atelier of sewing (Florence); Noell Maggini, Tuscan designer, taylor made couture clothes (Florence); Malabo, vintage eco-design - Montale (PT); Amateia (Florence), Amelé, timeless style for the modern woman (Prato); Il Carato, boutique orafa, unique handmade jewelry - Cascina (PI); Tiziana Di Pietrantonio, historical and contemporary artisanal dresses, cosplay (Massarosa); Swami di Camilla Bellani, tailor of contemporary, historical, cosplay (Viareggio); Casa Colleoni Collection, textile laboratory and production of dresses and decorative accessories (Forte dei Marmi); Borgo Prezioso, bags and accessories born from the collaboration between La21 (Viareggio) and Borgo Solaio (Pietrasanta); Manusha Perera, in art Manù Pere, stylist and designer (Lucca).
