Why for lunch?? to give more people the opportunity, especially those selling from afar, to participate and to enjoy the panorama and the location to the fullest.
All foods will be naturally gluten and lactose free. here is the menu Appetizer with croutons (Polenta, livers, bruschetta) Competitors' soup (4 to 6 tasting soups) Large stew with olives (Mixed beef, pork) Sauteed herbs and baked mixed vegetables Cakes with spouts Water (carbonated and still) Wine from the farms of Aquilea coffee
