Excellent culture and music all year round, even during the summer. The Animando music promotion center continues to support culture and music even during the summer, collaborating with various local entities. In particular, this summer Animando supports two important events: "FORTISSIME - F come Femmina, F come Forte" and the concert of the Doré Quartet , winner of the Adolfo Betti Prize promoted by Animando as part of the Virtuoso & Belcanto Festival.

This concert, a tribute to Giacomo Puccini and his women, will be held on Friday 19 July at 9.30pm at the Real Collegio, in the Cloister of Santa Caterina. The protagonists of the evening will be Valentina Ciardelli, double bass and author of the arrangements of the text, Stefano Teani, piano, and Costantino Buttitta, actor. Inserted within the “Lucca Teatro Festival - What are the clouds?”, the first theater festival in Lucca entirely dedicated to the new generations, “FORTISSIME” is a recital that combines music and theatre. The performance, aimed at children, teenagers and adults, offers an immersive experience through female archetypes such as the Mother, the Femme Fatale and the Heroine, played by the actor on stage. This recital explores how Puccini captured and conveyed the universal traits of the female condition, creating a meaningful dialogue on gender dynamics and women's empowerment. The musical pieces will be interspersed with spoken interventions that will delve into the role of the various heroines as protagonists aware of their own destiny. MORE INFO
